Welcome to Mertulerta Hotels. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking services, and stay at our hotels. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. All rates are quoted in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival: No refund
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation
• Special packages and group bookings may have different cancellation policies

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required.

Guests must comply with all hotel rules and regulations, including noise restrictions, smoking policies (all Mertulerta hotels are non-smoking), and safety procedures.

5. Liability

Mertulerta Hotels shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property while on hotel premises, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence.

We recommend that guests secure appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellations, personal belongings, and medical emergencies.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mertulerta Hotels and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
